This class offers children a deeply rooted exploration of Afro-Brazilian traditions through dance, music, and creative expression. Students will engage in dynamic exercises that introduce them to the powerful rhythms and movements of Afro-Brazilian culture, including Samba, Forro, and the sacred dances of afro Brazilian traditions . Each session connects dance with the historical and cultural significance of Brazil’s African heritage, providing students with a rich understanding of the deep roots that shape these vibrant traditions. Through movement, children will develop their creativity, build teamwork, and gain a profound appreciation for the spiritual and cultural foundations of Afro-Brazilian communities. This class fosters an appreciation for the diversity and beauty of Afro-Brazilian rhythms and customs, encouraging self-expression, respect for cultural legacies, and collaboration.
